1. Party! Party! Party!
2. Get your driver's license. This means doing the whole process of going to Driving School, going for the tests... (remember to give them some "duit kopi" - if apply, **I don't condone giving "coffee money"**)
3. Start thinking about going to college/university/work. Yea, time to look forward to the future!
4. Getting married? (Yea, some countries allow you to get married without your parents consent when you turn 18)
5. Change your IC (Identity Card)

Item #5 may seem a bit strange, but its best to change your IC (now known as MyKad) when you hit 18. Yea, some people don't bother to change their IC again, once they've outgrown their 12-year-old "looks". Anyway, best to do that because you can get fined for not changing your IC.

So, remember this when you have any relative, sibling or friend who is turning 18 soon. Best to change the IC so that you can avoid getting fined.
